Creatorscontentclub.com TEMPALTES License Agreement
Creatorscontentclub.com offers a library of easy to customize templates, for your personal and commercial use. Every product from Ivory Mix is either a Standard Product or a Resale Product. These product types have their own specific terms regarding what you, as a member or customer, are entitled to do with it.
If you use a template sold or provided by Creatorscontentclub.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Template License Agreement, Disclaimer, and our Terms+Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read the Terms+Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy carefully before you use our products. If you do not agree to our Terms+Conditions, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our products.
If you don’t agree to the terms stated in this template license agreement, please don’t use our templates.
Creatorscontentclub.com reserves the right to cancel or change the licenses granted by this agreement. We reserve the right to replace any existing product with an alternative, or remove any existing product at any time.
1. TEMPLATE USE License
You can use our templates to create designs for your own personal use and/or for Commercial Use including legal income-generating activities. We’ve kept these terms very simple for clarity, please contact us at admin @mommyonpurpose.com if you have questions.
Please note that if you are using templates that are Canva Templates, you must also refer to Canva’s License.
You must modify/change templates for your personal use and/or for Commercial Use.
You can use the designs/products you create with the templates in income generating activities.
You cannot resell the templates as templates.
You cannot extract images used in the designs for use in other projects. (Ivory Mix or Canva is the copyright holder of the photos/videos. The photos/videos included within our templates may only be used on that specific template. You may not extract and use these photos outside of the template. Should you want an extended license to use the photos in a different application, you may do so by purchasing them at Ivorymix.com (or canva.com) or by becoming a member of the Ivory Mix Membership.”
You can use the templates to create designs/products for clients.
Credit / Attribution is never required, as you will have created a different end product from what you received.
2. Resale Product License
You can use our PLR products for your own personal use and/or for Commercial Use including legal income-generating activities. We’ve kept these terms very simple for clarity, please contact us at admin @mommyonpurpose.com if you have questions.
Please note that if you are using templates that are Canva Templates, you must also refer to Canva’s License.
You must be a member of the Creators Content Club for 30 days before using the PLR products.
The PLR products can be resold by you as is and unchanged, and you can keep 100% of the profits.
You can modify/change any part of the product its branding, or its authorship/creator (rewrite, add/remove content, rename, rebrand, claim as your own, or any other modification).
You cannot give the resale product away for free or as a lead magnet unless otherwise noted on the individual product.
You cannot sell the resale rights to the product.
You cannot continue to sell the PLR items if you have received a refund from Creator’s Content Club.
Credit / Attribution is never required, as these are true Private Label Rights products.
CONSIDERATIONS: Orange Grass Media and Carly Campbell remain the sole and exclusive owner / holder of the copyright for all products.
